Procedure for Telephone Forwarding

A few notes.......

Please remember that if you turn off call forwarding to please remember to turn it back on when you are leaving the office.  If you fail to do so calls will not be forwarded and messages will be unable to be forwarded to individual Agent Emails. 

To Turn Off Call Forwarding:

1.      Go to Receptionist Desk

2.      Turn Off "Night" Button

 

To Turn On Call Forwarding:

 1.      Go to Receptionist Desk

2.      Turn On "Night" Button

3.      Call (210) 829-5778 to insure the greeting plays.
