Phone Messages and FAXes

Note:  Each employee and agent is responsible for their own FAXes and Voice Mail.

 

FAXes:

 

-   JUNK FAXes are not allowed. 

 

-   Be very careful who you release the FAX number to.  It is only for official realty/brokerage           

    business.

 

-   If you are planning on receiving an URGENT FAX, please call the office staff and advise them of

    this FAX and any instructions regarding it, i.e. how you wish it handled, filed, forwarded, etc.

 

-   Routine FAXes received (those not identified as URGENT!) will be filed in your mailbox for         

    retrieval by you at a later time.  This means that if you do not call the office staff and advise them

    that the FAX is URGENT, it will be filed in your mailbox as a non-urgent FAX!

 

Telephone Messages:

 

-   Telephone Messages are sent directly to your Email from the after-hours system.

 

-    During regular hours they are sent by Email typed from the office staff. 

 

-     It is very important that agents check their Email for messages as leads not handled by the on-

      duty realtor will be sent there.  .
